Lakeland's Horevay, Clifton's Dubac Named 2023 PCCA Athletes of the Year

Lakeland Regional's Owen Horevay and Clifton High School's Remy Dubac were revealed as the 2022-23 PCCA Male & Female Athletes of the Year respectively on June 13th and 14th at the PCCA All County Banquets at the Tides in North Haledon.
